Refunds & Returns
We accept return if:
- Your gift package does not correspond to the description, please note that the returned items must be in good condition
- The product is damaged
- There is an error or typo we have made in your orders or any other gift item. It does not apply if the error is made by the customer during the purchase.
Please follow the steps here to return your items:
Write an email to email@example.com explaining the problem and providing your registration number
Send your pack within 10 working days from the delivery date by post if require so by email. We will cover the postage expenses if the return occurs because of our error or a damaged product.
We will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days of return of your gift.
We will process all the refunds within 10 working days upon receiving your returned items or from the date we agree by email. It takes 5-10 working days for the money to appear on your bank account.
All the orders are dispatched on the next working day.
